Our Transparent Pricing

At Forward Thinking Services, we strongly believe in providing clear and upfront pricing so you know exactly what to expect before scheduling your appointment. Our wide range of services is thoughtfully categorized to help you easily find the right solution tailored to your specific notary needs.

We efficiently handle all general notary requests, including but not limited to Affidavits, Deeds, Powers of Attorney, Oaths, and Jurats, ensuring every document is managed with the utmost professionalism.

Mobile Notary & Signing Services Pricing

Our pricing structure is divided into two main components: the state-regulated fee for notarization, and a separate travel fee that covers the convenience and time involved in our mobile service.

  • Colorado Notarial Act Fee: $15 per signature

  • Mobile Service Travel Fee: A flat fee based on your location and the distance traveled to provide our convenient mobile notary services.

Travel Fees by Area:

  • Local Pueblo & Pueblo West: $40

  • Extended Service Areas (Cañon City, Florence, Penrose): $55

  • Colorado Springs Area: $65 and up, varying depending on exact location

Additional Fees:

  • Jail, Prison & Hospital Notarization: An additional $20 fee applies for hospital notarizations, and an extra $40 is added to the travel fee to accommodate the additional time and security procedures required in correctional and medical facilities.

  • After-Hours Service: A $50 surcharge applies to any services requested between 6pm MDT and 9am MDT on business days or during weekends.

  • Rushed Service: For appointments scheduled with less than two hours’ notice, a $60 rushed service fee will be charged.
